“I've had several problems with my local Nationwide Branch, as I was visiting Horsham I called in to ask for some advice. The lady on the help desk was extremely helpful, professional and polite. After listening to my ongoing problem she made a suggestion that solved my issue completely. Good old fashioned customer relations! The like you seldom see today. My only regret is that I failed to obtain her name.”

“I am so grateful to the staff for looking after my 12 year old son and his friends today after my son was pick pocketed in town. Thankyou so much for believing him and helping him with what at first appeared a bizarre story. He was indeed approached by a man in a balaclava outside Santander who took the card from his pocket and it is being investigated by the police. I was actually nearby in the Hairdressers and thought he was safe so I really appreciate your help.”

“Agree with all negative reviews in this branch.We are reliable customers from 6 years and any time that I come in,I don’t feel comfortable,downstairs no one smile and looked me like I am a thief “BUT”……The solution is here:I had a big problem related with my old business and I called lloyds call center and asked to have a appointment with some professional in this branch and can explain clearly what I have to do (I asked many times informations at the reception but I think most of their employees,don’t know what is the currently days,meaning useless).I was been served by Helen Ellis (14/03/22 at 13:30) and patiently she dedicated me one hour.She called the right department,investigated for me and finally I had a clear picture on my mind for what I have to do.Basically she rescued me,my name today is still clean (no recorded in the black list) thanks to her.High recommend to ask her in your future appointments.Thank you Helen.”
