“A exelent building society.And Horsham a most exelent branch.Apart from people that don't understand nationwide NO DOGS POLICY!!Its not that difficult!!No dogs exept guide dogs.I dont need some old geezer with little tapper stood in midle of foyay while parners in cue. That can be tripped up on, or its leash!!!Have some respect for confidentiality space n wait outside with your dogs!!!Or dont take them to town to start with!!!Spoils a most exelent branch and staff dont need the extra problem of having to tell people the obviouse!!And put them in a uncomfortable position of asking people with dogs to leave the branch!!!Sad to put a rant about inconsiderate people in a review of otherwise,A most axelent branch and staff that make it what it is...”

“Agree with all negative reviews in this branch.We are reliable customers from 6 years and any time that I come in,I don’t feel comfortable,downstairs no one smile and looked me like I am a thief “BUT”……The solution is here:I had a big problem related with my old business and I called lloyds call center and asked to have a appointment with some professional in this branch and can explain clearly what I have to do (I asked many times informations at the reception but I think most of their employees,don’t know what is the currently days,meaning useless).I was been served by Helen Ellis (14/03/22 at 13:30) and patiently she dedicated me one hour.She called the right department,investigated for me and finally I had a clear picture on my mind for what I have to do.Basically she rescued me,my name today is still clean (no recorded in the black list) thanks to her.High recommend to ask her in your future appointments.Thank you Helen.”
