“Halfords Tonbridge went out of their way to assist me. I had battery failure established by Autoaid recovery and they recommended Tonbridge branch. Well that was great advice! The staff were all so helpful and a new battery was fitted by Dan I think his name was-he joined Halfords in January. He not only fitted the battery without fuss but took time to explain the benefits of Premier membership which I duly bought.
Overall a great experience and gave me peace of mind to continue on our journey to Norfolk”

“Staff are very friendly and helpful. I had viewed a few items on there website but my friend wanted to physical see the item in person and ask questions. They was very helpful and patient with all his questions and allowed him to have closer looks at the consuls (it was discounted on the website and he wanted to know why and the staff explained why each one was discounted I.e scratched shell/casing, non matching controller). Also note there is a car park down this ally (pictured) right next to CEX if you have mobility issues or don’t want to walk far while carrying a consul”
