The most Fabulously Helpful, Kind Lady called Pauline at the Pharmacy counter could not have been more Helpful and Kind and explained to me how to sort my problem, which i managed to do !

The pharmacy has started to dispense medication off site as they are too understaffed to to cope with demand. If you want your medication on the same day as you have it proscribed be prepared to wait 20minutes +
