She was so kind and helpful, fixing them in a few minutes with no charge. It’s so lovely to have such helpful people in the branch. I couldn’t recommend enough!”

I was waiting the other day whilst one of the staff patiently explained about pre paid prescription options to someone who would soon be eligible for free prescriptions - really kind, really friendly. I wish every pharmacy was as caring.”

“Lovely staff, accurate dispensing. I was struggling to get my medicine so my Dr surgery call this pharmacy and arranged for them to store some of the medication for me. When I collected they put my prescription together in around 10 minutes. I was served by a very polite lady on the counter. They were offering free samples of perfume on the day. The range of products sold is good and parking is free and right outside the pharmacy.”

“A great little pharmacy, you can get flue and Covid jabs easily as long as you book, I didn’t even feel the injections, all types of pharmaceutical items are on sale, and the staff are fantastic. A lovely family chemist.”

“I used to go to Boots but left because I just didn't have time for the long queues and the constant issues (the staff were amazing, I really feel for them). Hobbs is a lot more convenient for me. Less queues, easy to call, helpful staff and attached to my GP should there be any communication errors between the two, it's quite easy to just nip upstairs.”

“I received excellent service today under the circumstances, I say under the circumstances because things are not as they used to be. This was the second time I visited the pharmacy to collect my medication it wasn't there the day before as staff were overwhelmed with the number of prescriptions. I had a phone call in the morning advising my medication was ready to pick up, I know I wasn't the only one on the long list.Sometimes they have trouble getting my drugs, they move heaven and earth to get them for me. This has not been my experience with other pharmacies. Staff are always polite, caring and helpful. As are all parts of the NHS, they are under extreme pressure and are doing an amazing job of holding everything together. Thank you I am so grateful”
