After they were all tested I had a price, I took store credit and bought an item whilst I was there.

“Came into store yesterday just to browse at some hoovers as we were planning on getting a new one soon - Fin approached us and offered us some advice, clearly knew what he was talking about, made us feel super comfortable with no pressure, so instead of waiting we ended up buying that day. Used the new hoover at home and it works a dream, exactly what we needed and works well in our smaller space.
Was very happy with his service, if he hadn't of approached us the way he did, we would have for sure left and came back at a later date - really glad we didn't. We also bought a switch whilst we were there, it was also in our future plans, but because we were buying that day anyway, we thought why not.

“I visited with a 4 yr old MacBook that had a specific software issue that I was unable remedy. I explained to the knowledgeable staff member who, after some efforts himself reverted to another who fixed it in no more than five minutes at NO Cost.I had feared even I walked in that I would be reaching for my credit card before making it out again. As a consequence of the experience I am more likely to replace with another Apple machine when the time comes and would be pleased to deal with IStore Tunbridge Wells when I do.”
