“Went into this carphone warehouse after purchasing the wrong screen protector for an iPhone. A lovely girl called Sophie served me and pre ordered me what I thought was the right one as it wasn't in stock, on returning home I realised I had pre ordered the wrong colour so had to go back and change it, Sophie again serving me and being very patient and even undeservingly sympathetic. The correct one was then pre ordered and I received a phone call and voicemail the next day from Sophie saying it had been delivered and was ready for collection. Excellent customer service and she is an asset to the store!!”
