“Emily (Crawley Retail Park store) was so helpful with my purchase of a car seat. She was efficient and methodical carrying out the installation demo. Friendly and patient, an asset to the Halfords team. In fact all the staff - from the desk to the checkout - were top notch. Well Done Halfords!”

“I have been to various other electrical appliance places today with appalling customer service. Working in the customer service trade myself I can tell when it’s awful or not. Even though I didn’t buy anything today I must admit I had amazing customer service and would highly recommend this place. I will hopefully be able to buy a washing machine from this shop once I have heard from my landlord”

“When the PlayStation 5 came out, I bought the last one in stock from them for my son. When I found it was in stock, I rang them to confirm and immediately drove over to buy it on the spot. It felt like the last one in the country! My son was very pleased and he was the first of his friends to have it.”

Boots Electronics

“Perfectly nice boots. Staff were friendly and shelves were mostly full and tidy. I did find it to be organised in a somewhat counter-intuitive layout but there was plenty of clear signage and staff were happy to help.

Re wheelchair/step free access:

Plenty of space to move around if you’re a wheelchair user, but it is on two floors so if you can’t use an escalator I think you’d have to go out and use the shopping centre.”
