We are very lucky to have banks in sevenoaks so peope go there get more cash into their bank account because the staff are always happy to help you when you need some help the customers are so kind and polite because when they walk in they say hello to the staff

“I had to change 4 lots of different foreign currency. It took quite a while as some of the notes were out of date and they had to check them all. The staff were absolutely wonderful, patient and extremely efficient. And they are all exceptionally kind to everyone. It's a wonderful branch of Lloyds Bank!”

“Really great experience in the Sevenoaks branch today and excellent customer service received from both Debra and Thea. They could not have been more helpful or friendly, despite the branch being very busy. Their adverts about the importance of customer service are true (5 mins earlier I had a bad customer experience with Barclays).
