The manager is experienced and has been with the company and very long time and her example sets the tone for the other staff to replicate. As a company from time to time Leeds & Holbeck will launch a limited product with interest rates featured in best buy tables but you have to be quick.”

“I came into the branch for some help with contacting legal and general who i have a direct debit with . Diane helped me with calling legal and general and downloading their app. While i was in the branch i told Diane that my phone was not working . Warren helped me to take my phone off safe mode and allow my apps to work . They were both so helpfull .thank you”
