“Excellent service at Sutton brunch, but info on website about adrs is incorrect. It is no longer in St Nicholas shopping centre, still on high street though but a bit up the hill. Right close to Tk max shop. Took me a bit of time to look around but found it soon enough. Please update your location. (Google map also gives st nic location)”

“Am very happy with my Sutton branch: cashiers are helpful, polite and efficient, and if there is a waiting time there, it is mainly due to some customers being inconsiderate to others in a queue and self-indulgent time-wise. Absolutely love how Marilyn (at the front desk) serves - approachable and very helpful. Machines are sorted out as soon as there is a problem with them. What else do we - customers - need... Oh yes! for branch to be opened 24/7 without any holidays for Easter, Xmas and bank holidays... wouldn't it be lovely....)))))”

“I recently went into the Nationwide in Sutton, I went there to pay a bill. A colleague named William helped me set it up on my app. He was really quick and efficient. He even sent me demo's on how to set them up online myself! This was such a positive experience for me because I went to Barclays that same day and received absolutely no help at all. Thank you to the Sutton staff.”
