They have placed themselves at the top of the market with high-end brands offering zero customer service and if you need to return an item you can exchange or you are given a credit note. They have a small glass plaque on the payment area telling you the returns procedure which if you blinked you would miss it.

Inside House of Fraser which is in the process of closing down. Some good deals but few remaining. They really need their own (full sized) unit; would be a shame to lose them entirely from Maidstone.
