“I got my daughters ear pierced a few days ago and can I just say the level of customer service we received was the best I’ve seen in a long time in retail, greeted at the door, we were able to have two members of staff do it at the same time, the manager comforted my daughter the whole way through the piercing process while the other lady talked me through the aftercare and it was lovely to watch her laugh and smile as she told me how nervous she was prior to our visit. We bought top quality earrings which came with the cleaning solution and we also received a discount on other items in store as well! we were over the moon, I would highly recommend to any parent who has a child who’d like their ears pierced at Claire’s go to this store because you will not be disappointed.
