“I cannot praise this outlet highly enough, particularly the support that I got from John, when recently upgrading my TV.Not only did he deliver the new TV, but also took the old one away, including the packaging.Unfortunately, there was a fault with the first TV, so it was exchanged for another make. Again, John came to the rescue with some input from Ben, and left me an extremely satisfied customer.This is customer service at its absolute best.What a great team!”

“What can you say about HMV? Well it's deserted most of the time. Some have mentioned (no names no packed lunch) that the music played in the store carries subliminal messages that influence the human digestive system. I certainly needed the toilet upon exit even though I had taken two imodium. Careful if you have IBS.”

“Halford, Maidstone, have, as usual, very knowledagable staff who are always willing and normally able to help. However, the constant background music on top of other customers talking make any advice hard to hear for people who are deaf like myself, especially if they are elderly. Hence the deduction of 1 star in my review.”

“2 separate occasions i have gone to this smyths and 2 people have have shown the worth to your company in smyth in Aylesford.

1. First one was Nicky in the baby room section helping us fit our new baby seat into the car on her break. Plus settle our little bundle of joy who was having a grumpy day

2. The other was a American man didn't catch his name, but had helped us choose a Scooter worthy of our daughters birthday. Listening to what I wanted to make her safe. With flashy lights.

“I needed a battery replacement ASAP. I called Microspot and spoke to a vey friendly guy who was happy to talk me through potential issues. I took the laptop in on Thursday and he had it repaired within 2hours - no need to send it away or keep it for days which was great because like most I need the laptop for work. Top man, great service and I would definitely recommend!”

“This was the biggest cex I have ever seen, they had a ton of games for xbox PlayStation and more. I was shocked with the games they had. Staff was relatively quick and there's a ton of games. If ur a formula 1 fan that's absolutely fine they got F1 games, football fan they got football games. Fantastic shop!”

I visited Currys Maidstone yesterday to buy an Xbox for my son and was assisted by Oscar in the gaming section. Even though we arrived right at the last minute, he was full of energy, very supportive, and went out of his way to help us. “A charity shop trying to achieve the best it can do with as many donations for the generous community. The products are of reasonable quality to high quality and that can be a problem in it self. Especially to the audience that is variable at best. However, they have been donated products so it’s understandable and they are volunteers doing there best to engage all the customers. This is a really small shop and there be a limit on number of people in store for safety reasons.”
