If ur a formula 1 fan that's absolutely fine they got F1 games, football fan they got football games. Fantastic shop!”

“I went to the 3 store today with an issue with Paramount + on my contract .
After several attempts with webchat ( call centre ) who had not managed to resolve the issue.
Danny ~ the assistant manager was OUTSTANDING!.
He also contacted the call centre for me , once again several calls failed to resolve the issue .
He then managed after some considerable effort to resolve it , and installed it for me .
Excellent, patient service. Definitely went above and beyond !

“My dad had been unfairly passed on to debt collection team as apparently he hadn’t paid his bill, even though an agent from EE customer service had wrote to him saying that everything was settled and his account is now closed. Despite being told that, he was constantly bothered by the debt collection agency and had to bounce between them and EE customer service to find out what’s going on. However after going into EE in Maidstone yesterday, this polite member of staff called Blessing had helped us allowing this situation to escalate further. She had spoke to EE customer service for us, despite them being blunt and claimed they could not help us, she insisted that something had to be done and now my dad won’t have to pay the outstanding balance that he’s been pressured to pay, due to miscommunication. Thank you again Blessing, you were an absolute delight!”
