“Both the manager today and the sales associate Jade where AMAZING!\\nI am clueless with technology so going in to look at printers was something I was nervous to do because I didn’t want to be pressured to get something that ended up wrong. Both ladies that i spoke to where not only really helpful and not pushy in any way they actually made my day! They took time to find out what i needed it for and when i told them i was an artist the hype they gave me was so sweet and so encouraging. I think the mood and energy of a shop is so important and to have happy, bubbly friendly people to talk too set this shop appart from the shops with stuffy, bored staff that are too intimidating to approach. I was given all the information I needed and left having a better understanding of what I might want but also left with a massive smile on my face because these ladies know how to hype a girl up! If you feel intimidated about looking for computer’s printers ect go see these girls they will help and make your day while doing it.”
