Awful customer service, stood in queue for ages to be told by Manager I should have stood where an empty till was, as that's where collections are... Pointed out it was an empty till, but he didn't seem to grasp the concept, so people who arrived long after everyone were served first..... Now going to stand an empty till... read full comment
