From the materials used in their clothing items to the durability of their homeware, I could tell that their merchandise was made with care and with an emphasis on longevity. Despite the affordable prices, I experienced no compromises in terms of quality.Moreover, the customer service at Matalan was exemplary.”

“Visited the store a few months ago with my baby and the staff were amazing. Bought quite a few items. When I was ready to pay the security guard pushed my trolley to the till, waited for me to pay, then pushed the trolley to my car. It was so kind and thoughtful of him - I had my baby in one arm and pushed the buggy with the other. I love TKMaxx so this experience was the cherry on top”

“One of my favourite shops - but had not very nice experience today with one of the sales assistants at the first floor being such unhelpful made me feel very stressed and fortunately another member of staff a blond lady ( I think she is Manager) helped me and thank you so much for that .”

However, the girl who served me today (I really should of got a name) was ever so kind and helpful, even tho my item wasn't in stock, she went out of her way to come over to me to see if I found one that was in stock, she showed me what stores had the item I wanted, and off to Bexleyheath I went..I wouldn't normally leave a review even if I was happy however she was almost too kind for me not to.Just so she knows who she is the item was a usbc connector to usb :)”
