I'm frind with many people who work in different places and many managers, especially Chris from Marble Arch-a very special person, Tamau fron Monument-an amazing bigger than life person and all boys and girls who know me from my marathon shopping session, especially when yellow tags come in town! They know me I'm buying amazing things fir my friends and kids' friends and we chatting about how happy they feel when they get their gifts!!!!

“There's always great deals to be found here and discounted goods! The staff always try to keep it tidy but the mess is inevitable lol they're friendly and helpful on the shop floor and tills.”

“I went there yesterday to buy a virus protection software. I'd ordered on my mobile and they sent me confirmation and reminders to pick it up in Sainsbury's. It couldn't have easier and the assistant was very helpful and friendly. It's very handy being in a Sainsbury's store so I could just pick it up when going shopping.”

“We been visiting harrods recently quite often, overall experience is beautiful, most shops stuffs are nice, i would like to see 100% organic Food being served and sold, it's not too much to ask of luxury shop, also clothing and other items should be organic and fair trade. My wish for 2022 is to see over 70% of fruits and other edible items are organically sourced. GO ON HARRODS YOU CAN DO IT.”

“I had a lovely experience here- the window displays caught my attention and the promise of Miffy products drew me in. I only went into one of the shops (there was another across the road) but I found the selection of products from both smaller designers and classic brands to be delightful. This would be the perfect place to look for homeware pieces or shop for a gift for any occassion. The sales associate who helped me was very kind and helpful, and packaged my item nicely while chatting with me a little. Just a great shop with memorable and quirky pieces.”

“I ordered a bike from Argos that I naively thought would come pre-built. When it came in a giant box that there was no way I could get home, Sasha and Khia spent an hour of their time helping me build it right there in the store. They both were incredibly kind and went out of their way to help me, finding me a screwdriver, putting the bike together, even letting me use their phone to watch a tutorial. Really going above and beyond for me.”

“An outstanding service from Abdul, who certainly helped me to sort out an advantage card in spite of the failures in the Boots app. From the first moment, he did everything to show me where to download the app, how to register and help me to find an ipad when the phone app failed, even after trying to link a physical card. I hope that software can be improved. Thanks to this kind and professional young man, who in spite of being busy and about to close the store, did everything to help me to get a card and in that way, get a good discount the company is currently offering. “Quality/Quantity - Upscale department store. I am sure it will be hard to compete against.Lots of expensive upscale brand names, many I am not familiar with. But also many "American" brands. See their website for all they sell.Atmosphere - Open 7 days a week from 10am to 8pm and on Sundays from 11:30am to 6pm.Good size department store, almost like a maze...? Not sure if it is due to an older building or done intentionally to make you walk the entire store (think Ikea). Or it could have just been me since they have a bar here and I got confused/lost my sense of direction...Service - Okay. I am always in favor of businesses with bars. My wife shops and I drink. And she can bring her bags to me to watch so she doesn't have to carry them; win/win!Price - 4 to 7 pounds a beer at the bar; reasonably priced for an upscale department store. I did ask what my wife bought, but honestly I prefer not to know. :)Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 2003 with your 8+ locations and 9+ restaurants/bars.”

“The food was good. Portion size was good. I would suggest go early in the day. That’s when there’s more options, some food would be sold out.
Mac and cheese is good. If it’s later on day, potato is a bit dry.”
