“Can you even really call Harrods a department store? Harrods is large and luxurious! Take a step inside and you're transported to shopping heaven. I like the grid layout where you get to step into each room and it feels separated off from the room before. I loved awing over all the designed bags on the first floor as we made our way up to the food hall! The food hall is filled with so many options and to be honest, there were some really reasonably price meal options! Note that in the food hall, they don't offer free bags. You can purchase a canvas bag. The green bags are only available in the shopping areas. If you'd like to do afternoon tea, you can do so in their tea room!”

This combo M&S proper and M&S Food is a weary convict traveller’s delight. All the readymade food is actually tasty and mostly fresh, it’s mind boggling when you’re used to absolute slop on the isles.

I've always been cautious of BUSH products, due to their poor reputation back in the 'word-of-mouth' days...
However, I was impressed with every aspect of these two DAB radios... until they DIED within 3 years of purchase. BOTH OF THEM...!
First... Horrible, unbearable static...
Second... Unobtainable radio stations...
Third... Cutting out on mains and battery...
The 3rd reason scared me enough to pack them away for good.
Both still in immaculate condition... I still have the boxes (as NEW) that they came in and both receipts...
I used one bedside and the other at work (in an office, after hours). In other words, both received very little usage.
Absolutely sickening... ? Products awarded ZERO STARS...!
After corresponding with Argos Head Office (thank you Benjamin), I was able to return both radios to the Pimlico branch with no problems. I received EXEMPLARY customer service from Curtis; much appreciated. This seamless process deserves 5 STARS.”

“We had a truly excellent experience at John Lewis (more specifically Peter Jones, Sloane Square) thanks to the lovely Bina Manek.
Earlier this year my partner and I sadly experienced a stillbirth. Having prepared for his birth by buying all of the equipment and clothing needed, we found ourselves in the unfortunate circumstance of having to dismantle, repackage and return all of it soon after he passed away.
From the moment we approached for assistance, Bina was friendly, knowledgeable, understanding and incredibly helpful. She took the time to listen, offered honest and well-informed advice, and went above and beyond to make returning all of the items an extremely simple process, which under the circumstances was so supportive and such a relief.
What really stood out was Bina's professionalism and genuine care for customer service; nothing felt rushed or scripted. It is rare to find someone who combines efficiency with such a warm and approachable manner. We left feeling relieved, grateful and appreciated as customers.
Bina is an absolute credit to the John Lewis team. We’ll definitely be returning, and we hope to be served by her again in the future. We'd also strongly advise that the management team take note of this review, as you have a wonderful lady within your organisation, who has clearly proved that she could (and already has) excel in customer service and making people feel at ease. I really hope that you nurture this aspect of her skills within her career and find a more senior role for her to lead within, as she is more that the lady for the job!

“Recently needed a wardrobe refresh after starting a new role and wasn't feeling hugely inspired.Oxford Street John Lewis offers a free personal shopper service - have never used one before so had no idea what to expect. There's a little room where you sit down with a stylist - in my case a really lovely person called Sharka.She talked through my style, my shape, what I wanted and started bringing out clothes. Some of them weren't quite right so she adapted to bring more of the stuff I was really into. I ended up getting loads of things I would never have considered - I didn't feel pressured to buy anything and just felt really supported throughout.Honestly it was such a brilliant experience - could not recommend highly enough.”
