“My original order placed on the Website was confirmed by email from B&Q showing exactly what I had ordered. However, on both occasions I received a different item to the one stated in the email. Each time I spoke with the CS assistant, they insisted that I had placed an incorrect order, despite the fact that I offered to send them the email I had received confirming that I had ordered the correct item.
