“Bluewater branch was bright, organised and well stocked. Some reductions but quality means its not cheap. Level access, some items stocked at floor level or even overhead which was a bit odd! Gains a star for staffing being helpful and entire shop being well lit.”

“Visited this store on Saturday 5th July! And met by some great staff but really not pushy we selected a few items and then was served by a wonderful lady at the tills who was so happy! And said it’s the best place she had every worked and it showed how happy she was

“Very inconvenient to navigate and the cafe is always closed. Don't recommend shopping here it's not worth even worth stealing here im sorry. Tahere's also an escalator that only goes up and doesnt go downwards and the lift is all the way at the back of the shop it's wildly inaccessible. This place is not demure and certainly not mindful. I'll give five stars just so that the employees can pay their bills. I hope the franchiser steps on a Lego at 3am when they wake up to take a wee.”

She wasike a personal shopper offering wisdom and pulling requested clothing out of thin air.The whole experience was so positive treating the girls like little ladies, nothing was too much trouble. She was just perfection and also sensible in choices and a voice of reason.Loved her style, her humour and her can do attitude. “Visited the store a few months ago with my baby and the staff were amazing. Bought quite a few items. When I was ready to pay the security guard pushed my trolley to the till, waited for me to pay, then pushed the trolley to my car. It was so kind and thoughtful of him - I had my baby in one arm and pushed the buggy with the other. I love TKMaxx so this experience was the cherry on top”

“One of my favourite shops - but had not very nice experience today with one of the sales assistants at the first floor being such unhelpful made me feel very stressed and fortunately another member of staff a blond lady ( I think she is Manager) helped me and thank you so much for that .”
