“We went on Saturday with my partner to buy some items! We love Uniqlo, we shop from this brand since 5 years ago and we usually go to the one in Wimbledon or Regent Street!Unfortunately, every time we go to the one in Wimbledon the team is very lifeless, moody, and especially rude! Their customer service training must be not existing, or done by the wrong person! The 5 starts though, will go to an amazing person, Vlad, who surprised me and my partner! He was the most helpful, smiley and educated staff member we have ever met or will ever meet in an Uniqlo store! These kind of people makes you want to return to that store, not new collections!”
“Even though I no longer work nearby , I still take all my donations to this shop . Staff are delightful and always grateful for the donations . The BHF systems are excellent re acknowledging the donation and then updating you on the amounts raised .I really feel that my donations are valued .The shop is full of hidden treasures and always busy.”

“Went in on a Thursday afternoon and Lewis helped my son to get his Graduation Suit and I got one myself too. Lewis was very patient and guided us without being pushy. We needed some alterations and he said to come back on Saturday morning to collect and when I was there on Sat, everything was ready. Will certainly look for Lewis again for our next suits. “I had a slight problem with a laptop I purchased on 3/1/23. I dealt with the manager, Rosemarie, who was superb in her attitude and understanding. The problem was resolved very quickly and to my satisfaction. Argos is very fortunate to have someone of this caliber working for them, but they probably already know this.”
