She was able to secure my exact mix of sizes to order and called me the next day to say they were delivered and ready. Perfect!”

“We visited Elys today and my 4 year old son ran away and we couldn’t find him for 10 minutes. The staff went above and beyond to help us. I was extremely shaken and crying uncontrollably and they had everyone looking. Even some amazing customers joined the search and we found him. Much to our relief he was not far but I can only thank the store for getting everyone involved and helping us during and after the search. Thank you. “We went on Saturday with my partner to buy some items! We love Uniqlo, we shop from this brand since 5 years ago and we usually go to the one in Wimbledon or Regent Street!Unfortunately, every time we go to the one in Wimbledon the team is very lifeless, moody, and especially rude! Their customer service training must be not existing, or done by the wrong person! The 5 starts though, will go to an amazing person, Vlad, who surprised me and my partner! He was the most helpful, smiley and educated staff member we have ever met or will ever meet in an Uniqlo store! These kind of people makes you want to return to that store, not new collections!”

“Probably due to its location (in rather up market Wimbledon Village) this Oxfam is a real gem of a charity shop! High quality fashion, from leading brands, up to date books and media and some real treasures in the homeware section, this is not your average charity shop! Popping in for just a quick browse, I left with my summer reading list (6 paper backs!) for less than a third I would have paid in a high street book retailer- and with the knowledge I was giving to charity! Their clothes section, as with all second hand stores, varies depending on what has come in recently, but in this Oxfam you can be sure to find high quality and often barely warn items of fashion. There's even the frequent designer spot! All for lower than high street prices! Although not to everyone's taste, I do live a charity shop rummage and this is a charity shop I would definitely recommend!”

“I came in to purchase Nike Pegasus 40 trainers for an upcoming marathon. I used a gift card, which there were some issues with, which required multiple visits. So why 5 stars? The service each and every time was incredible. Extremely helpful staff, and a manager that even went to the lengths of making a call to the gift card's HQ to sort out the problem. There were multiple staff members who went the extra mile for me in store, which is a testament to the leadership there and the overall team culture that's been cultivated. But I have to give a special shout out to Takiyah, who not only took care of my order in store in an apt, patient and friendly manner, but I also observed her (as she helped me, on a busy shop floor) say she would help the customer behind me with a stock enquiry on a shoe. She could have said "I'm busy" or "wait for my colleague" but her proactiveness in that moment warranted a review from myself! This young lady is an asset to your team, and I hope she is celebrated, amongst the other fantastic staff in store. Thank you :)”

“Large range of sportswear, and equipment which they specialise in.Also, have a few Coats and jackets.The laid out is good easy to find things. The staff are helpful.It's clean and tidy. Plenty of parking.”

The BHF systems are excellent re acknowledging the donation and then updating you on the amounts raised .I really feel that my donations are valued .The shop is full of hidden treasures and always busy.”
