“Never an Issue the Only Place I can get the Epilepsy Meds I need ..Staff going above and beyond.This is no easy task and if people want meds then they need to understand that the service is essential (Receiving the wrong meds from ELSEWHERE with no pharmacy no checks ?)It can kill you or like me leave you with a brain injury's, so put some sense and sensitivity in they are chasing essential medication it’s well stocked ..The staff are hugely busy helpful and a vital service they all need LUNCH if they do not have a lunch break and time to even go to the loo ?Mistakes will be made they have a code of Ethics they have to stick to .You can’t sadly as a pharmacist just click your fingers now and get hold of medication look at the government website for unavailable or near impossible essential medicine to get hold of ,that should answer your questions rather than being rude to staff try being nice as “one kind word can change someone’s entire day .” People are ill we would not hopefully be there unless we needed the medicine mine actually stops me from dying ..Boots 10 PERCH RD this is long overdue! I only come for my medication that nowhere else can get hold of thanks so much for all the hard work help and dedication that you and the team do ..Crutches -Red Hair causing chaos !I am hugely grateful to you all !?Don’t Forget that people who appreciate all of your help .All pharmacist close this is one of the busiest if they are on the computer they are not ignoring you they are trying to reach meditation that’s out of stock .Hence the level of staff has gone up !Increasing demands, some also from EU and no prior agreement was made for any medication on this don’t blame the Pharmacy or the Dr ..”

“Came into the canterbury store last week and I was greeted by the offer of a basket on the door. The staff were pleasant, helpful and reccomended me with options. in particular it was Owen who helped me to find what I was after and made the whole experience so easy!”

“I would like to reply to Mrs cordinas comment about the surgery.I was there that day with my two autistic children, a dog was in the pharmacy,suposedly a guide one. My youngest who is just 3 is extremely scared of dogs and this lady not only let the dog go up to him, but refused to move away from him. My son was screaming and kicking and had a proper emotional meltdown due to fear, I explained he was autistic, the staff asked if the lady, Mrs Katy cordina to take the dog outside if she wouldn't mind, she did mind and lied and said it was a service dog, this went on and again they asked her very politely to take the dog outside.She was rude, even other people couldn't believe her entitled behaviour, she was cruel and down right nasty.The staff were great in that situation, they stuck up for my 3year old autistic boy,they humiliated nobody, they are always kind and professionalI take great offence to this complete lie of a review by this entitled Katie.”

“I had a massive mess up with my gp and the man that helped me was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and ended up making sure I got the correct treatment which was incorrectly prescribed to me. Great service and I highly recommend this pharmacy.”

“The pharmacy ladies are absolutely fantastic. I have many prescriptions to collect each week and they are always helpful, kind and will go above and beyond to ensure I receive my medications. I have witnessed them receive abuse several times from customers and it’s not acceptable. They are understaffed and overworked with the amount of prescriptions they get hourly! The pharmacists also working as hard as they can.
