“I was really impressed by Popley Pharmacy recently. I was trying to get a prescription for my grandchildren dispensed. The local pharmacy hadn't got it and didn't know where to get it. I phoned a few pharmacies and eventually tried Popley. They had the stuff, retrieved the prescription from the cloud ( whatever that may mean) and got it ready for collection there and then. A lovely "can do" attitude, very different from our pharmacy at home, (not in Hampshire) who need a week to get a prescription ready.”

When my daughter asked for both ears to be done at the same time Ellie asked her colleague, T, to come and help. One of my daughters got her ears pierced and my other girl decided she didn't want to. “I had gone to this pharmacy as my regular one had been experiencing supply issues with one of my medications. It had been hit an miss as to whether they could them in.I stopped by Paydens. They had no supply issues and were able to help me get my prescription back from regular pharmacy. Given that is was nearly 5pm I thought I was going to be faced with all sorts of dilemmas! Lucky for me Becky was able to assist. She was my saving grace. What Becky doesn’t know is, I have Bipolar disorder and other mental health problems. “10 out of 10, I travel to this store as my local one is awful (Overton), staff are always helpful and cheerful. These lovely ladies always serve with a smile. They keep you informed on process of prescription, when I've been low on medication and just arrive with fingers crossed, sometimes the waiting time can be lengthy but you have to remember they have more than 1 customer wanting their meds. Considering it's a small shop and there work load has increased considerably of late, you are doing a grand job, keep up the good work.”
