“I was seen in a timely fashion, my appointment wasn't overly long but I was treated with respect and the examination was thorough. I bought a new pair of glasses afterwards because the coating on my current pair is failing and the assistant manager was very helpful in identifying glasses I might like and which best suited me. The only issue wa the price. The glasses were phenomenally expensive, discounted by half as I am on the Reward Scheme for my contact lenses, but still expensive. I just hope they last as long as my previous ones did and my prescription doesn't change in the near future!”

“The service in here has improved dramatically recently since there has been a change of staff and a long serving member of staff left. One male member of staff in particular is fantastic. Extremely polite, helpful and efficient. He doesn't spend ages looking around for your prescription and tell you the GP hasn't sent it, even though they usually have! There's usually a bit of a queue, but I don't mind waiting for good service.”

“The staff are friendly particularly the young lady who has been working there for years and is efficient. I think the customer service improved after the young man with glasses left and I always find that my prescription is dealt with promptly.”

“Recently dealt with a number of pharmacies across Berkshire and Surrey: almost all shambolic, and/or hopeless at filling prescriptions, but my experiences with this particular Boots have been — almost always — entirely the opposite. Bar the occasional prescription issue (not always a pharmacy’s fault), staff have always been incredibly helpful and polite, and assisted with purchases, and orders of both prescriptions and OTC medication. Pretty seamless experience with their travel vaccinations service as well. Especially when compared to its counterparts, I feel like this store deserves five stars.”

“Decent pharmacy, there's limited parking spaces, and physical space inside so if it gets busy you may need to wait outside. You can park at nearby waitrose which is very close. Staff are courteous, and it can get busy like all pharamicies.”
