It’s now nearly impossible to get travel vaccines through a GP, but the consultation here was excellent. Indi was incredibly knowledgeable and professional, providing thorough advice on which vaccines were recommended. The whole experience was brilliant—highly recommended!”

“Really brilliant service, my doctor prescribes my medication and it’s delivered the next day, which is a life saver for me as I suffer from chronic pain.I truly appreciate the delivery driver who is always so kind and always has a smile when I open the door. He was very understanding when my puppy barked at the door which I know can be a bit intimidating. “Fields Pharmacy have been brilliant at helping rectify a prescription mistake made by Twyford Doctors Surgery. Fields answered the phone promptly, were friendly and helpful. The pharmacist was able to answer all my questions, giving me useful information about current and new prescriptions, together with information about potential other options so that I can make an informed decision about what to do next. We are very lucky to have Fields Pharmacy around, especially with the NHS in its current state.”

As The Little Village Pharmacy didn't have the whole prescription in stock, the kind pharmacist offered to drop off the remainder off to me on her way home - that's local community service for you - will definitely use this pharmacy in future .”

They give good professional advice but are often expected to provide a first class service when they are extremely challenged by the increasing volume of customers,this creates the urgent need for improving existing systems, eg, medicines awaiting collection should be stored in an instantly accessible place and immediately more identifiable. This would cut down the time lost searching.”

“I gave 4 stars because of parking, the lack of parking. The best way to park is on the opposite residential roads, walk down or push down your roller, cross the busy road and you are there. There is a zebra crossing as well. Do not linger because I am not so sure it is a safe environment to be in when you are unwell. I had to go there just before 10pm for my anti-blood clotting injections, the disabled parking was occupied by a white fancy car. The pharmacist helper was an oversensitive transgender person so try to be overly polite even if you had just escaped from A&E like me. But the pharmacist is FAST and efficient.”

“I have placed a request for my mother from the surgery but they did not send the prescription on time, could not make a call to the surgery as waiting que was so long. I come to the pharmacy for help they call surgery in front of me but the waiting was so long so a staff member asked me to leave my number and they will update me about the matter. Next day prescription was send to my home. Really thankful to the whole team and the efforts they are making to make our lives more easy.Really happy and thankful.Keep it up”

I mostly approach your manager/staff and they are always knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They don't just point me in the right direction....they accompany me there and offer advice.
Last time I was in, your Manager even helped carry my basket! ? That is not customer service you often see.

“Received some brilliant advice from the young No 7 assistant. She was so helpful. Her recommendations for mascara and foundation fantastic - I love both. I would never have considered navy and a volume mascara without her advice. When I need to make my next purchase will definitely make the trip to see her rather than going to the store in town. Thank you too for the samples. Each of which will become my next ‘go to purchases’. Would also like to congratulate No 7 on the new foundation - it is great! Comparable and better than many far more expensive brands.”

“Really helpful pharmacist. When I had already tried a number of pharmacies to fulfil my prescription with no luck, the pharmacist here suggested where might have stocks of what I was looking for. She was right and my search was over! Nowhere else I had tried even attempted to help, they just gave the "computer says no" response. So thank you for taking the time to help.”

The best pharmacy in reading I have come across in reading. All the ladies are very helpful especially Bron whom is at the front, she always greets me & always asks me how I am & always smiling & very polite & v helpful. Hannah is so polite & very helpful & always greets me & asks me how I am. The other 2 ladies are lovely too! Sorry I don’t know your names. This pharmacy has hugely improved since these ladies have worked here so please don’t go to any other pharmacy. These ladies are approachable & always put the customer first. They have a great sense of humour as they always laugh at my jokes! People don’t understand that they have high work load & somedays they may be short of staff so you need to be patient. They are doing there best! Well done ladies! Thank you so much ladies I do appreciate everything you do for me.

“So helpful + Brilliant serviceA while back I had to do a lot of running around getting pharmaceuticals for someone when there was a shortage originating at the manufacturers. This was complicated by having multiple drugs on one prescription. Mortimer Pharmacy explained the system/rules and each step I needed to go through so they could provide the drugs; even rush-ordering things in and dispensing out of hours.Those supply issues have just recurred so armed with my new knowledge, I started my hunt and guess who came up with the goods again – Mortimer Pharmacy.If I lived closer, it’d definitely be my registered pharmacy but every time I’ve needed to make the journey, it’s been well worth the drive. The staff are also super friendly and helpful when you get there; normal hours or out of hours.”

She went above and beyond for my prescription and the request process (after I’d forgotten to order in time from the GP) Give the staff a break they’re clearly not supported by the company and only have a limited amount of capable hands! “As a regular customer I have learned how to get the best from this pharmacy. If you have your repeat medications sent here from your GP surgery, make sure the Vantage staff know that your prescription is "In the Folder". Those are the magic words to use. Without them, the staff may deny all knowledge of your prescription, even though your GP has told you that a repeat prescription has been set up. You just have to know to use the phrase, as they possibly will not look proactively "in the folder". Strange but I promise you it's true.”

He was so lovely with my son when assessing him and I was so grateful to be able to access what he needed when the surgery was closed at the weekend.
