“So I was queuing and the lady in front of me had a product that rang up at £40 ish pounds, seeing she felt awkward about the cost she said oh don't worry about it, then...Kelly or Kerry (sorry I didn't catch your name) said have you an advantage card, which she did, I then saw the price drop to £21, the customers face lit up and purchased said item.
The way individuals interact is what makes them individual.
It made my day, silly as it sounds, that an ordinary person had a win, because someone bothered to go that little bit further.

Since I was due to run out of my medication and my local pharmacy was shut due to it being the weekend and right before Christmas as well could completely understand them shutting for an hour since my local pharmacy does that everyday.Unsure what Simon below is talking about, but seeing as the man has written a long winded review on Christmas Day rather than spending time with his family I can only assume it's the ramblings of a madman... “Busy store with staff that have been there a long time so know the store well and can help you find items quickly which is magic. The store is clean and well stocked. They often jave special offers on lots of things which is great. Parking is not an issue as it's in a shopping centre that has lots of parking. You can also order online and pick up in store, which is another useful thing?”

“Asda Ashford Superstore is a great place to do grocery shopping. With a huge variety of products and a spacious layout, it’s easy to find what you need and get around the store. Plus, there’s plenty of parking outside.”

“Visited on a busy Saturday afternoon and had an excellent experience. Arrived at about 3:30pm with 4 people ahead of us in the queue. Waited less than 5 minutes to put in a prescription with a very friendly lady, who said it would be ready in about 20 minutes - and directed us to wait over to the left of the desk rather than queue up again when we came back. We pottered about for 20 minutes, arrived back at 4pm with the prescription ready. The staff member who handed over our prescription told us exactly what we needed to do with it and kindly wished us a happy new year and to take care. Very very satisfied with the friendly service, and would be very happy to pick up prescriptions from here in the future.”
