“Advised to try this pharmacy as usual one consistently failed to provide my C. D prescription within the given expirary date. On producing the prescription at Paydens I was informed they could supply to me the following day! Since this med is used for chronic pain relief I was more than surprised on their easy access, since my usual pharmacy had failed three times over four months to supply causing endless time on phone queues trying to get back onto my surgery to obtain and collect replacement.. With mobility difficulty, this incurred painful trips back and forth, and on one occasion a sales assistant suggested I " try a different pain medication !" Their pharmacist would often appear up to 20 mins late - along with Costa coffee in hand ! as customers forced to wait for them to open their door.Thank goodness I've found Paydens! The staff here at Paydens, Loose branch are most helpful and professional and I'm still shocked they had NO trouble at all in obtaining what I needed so quickly. They could certainly teach my former chemist staff some skills in customer service, that's for sure! There's a car park right next door - with plenty of parking too. Perfect!”

“This pharmacy is a rare find, the staff are brilliant and actually care. Yes, you will likely have a bit of a wait…it’s extremely busy. But I have lost count of the times I’ve heard staff taking the time and putting in effort to actually help elderly clients get what they need or understand their options when their GP’s have messed up their prescriptions again and the pharmacists are genuinely helpful and knowledgeable. There is a commendable culture in this branch and I for one appreciate the great service they provide.”

“The 5 Star is for one member of staff at Balmoral Gardens, Gillingham, Kent - SAMI - absolute star. I attended there recently where there was a notice displayed "Training New Staff - Apologies For The Wait", I have been attending this Pharmacy for many months and yesterday was as bad as it got BUT Sami Pharmacy Assistant was absolutely brilliant and there should be more like her, Sami controlled the waiting queue (11 deep) with courtesy, politeness, calmness, a smile on her face and I really do not know how she done it - but she did - all the staff milling around her 7 in total all doing different jobs and one by one she answered their questions, fetched medicines, checked medicines, manned the front desk - an absolute star! She is a credit to Paydens - I was there an hour in total waiting for my medication and all this took place in front of me - you have to recognise her for her skills. More like Sami!!!”

“I always find the staff polite, helpful and friendly. I am disgusted by the way some customers blame them when a product is out of stock. They can only order the item, they do NOT make it. It is down to the customer to make sure they have enough of the medicine they require, not the pharmacy's job.”
