“Fast, reliable and friendly service. In my five or so years of visiting the people here to help me to obtain my monthly prescriptions, I have had only one experience of an error happening which delayed my medication for a few days. As a consequence, the four stars. One error in five or so years, that's pretty darn impressive. The staff are friendly, but can sometimes look quite busy, they all deserve a raise.”

Four days later I contacted Customer Service to ask if they had been found. I was told that they had and as I still had the receipt, I could collect them from customer services. “I've always received great service here. There doesn't appear to be a wait, although when there is one it normally lasts only around 5 minutes. Normally we take the collect later option and get on with the rest of the shopping before we come back.”
