All what you would expect from this company. The staff here are attentive and really do the job well. The till area is set out well with not too many products at the entrance of it like a lot of stores of this kind so therefore 5 stars is given............”

“A small pharmacy but always have medicines needed.Over the counter (GSL/P) products a little over priced but expected as it seems independently owned.Pharmacist mis-diagnosed me once however wasn’t life threatening.Good opening hours for the needs of the area.Parking restrictions in the high street but can park here for up to an hour free.MOT machine to check your vitals available here.No consultation room.Takes card payment but charges a small fee for the pleasure (soon to be wiped by law).”
“Away on holiday and developed a UTi so contacted 111 and they sent over a prescription to the other pharmacy (peacemarsh) which provided shocking service and argued with me and demonstrated poor customer service. The high street store had been really helpful ovsr the phone and locating the prescription at the Peacemarsh site and was able to get them to miraculously 'find it on their system'. Brought the prescription to the high street store and they didn't have the full script in but was really good and gave me more than enough to get sorted till their order comes in tomorrow and were super helpful and friendly. Would recommend this pharmacy 100%.”

“I always find this chemist and staff helpful, friendly and polite. If my prescription has only been sent or I walk in with one they will do there up most to have this prepared while I wait.. Yes, sometimes it can be manic and prescriptions can take some time but they are trying to keep up with the demands of same day in prescriptions and walk in. The fronline staff are full of character and it can be quite an interesting listening to their conversations and sometimes join in the banter. Evertime I go there and it's frequent they ensure every customer is being served and notified of what's happening. Many thanks miss pilkington”
