“Has improved a lot over the couple of years I’ve lived here. The staff are friendly and it is well stocked. They used to send things to the hub a lot which did not make life easier for customers at all. Seemed to have stopped doing that now.
It would be good if they had a more efficient system for queues. If you are paying for an item off the shelf you are in the same queue as people waiting for prescriptions, and people who are expected by a pharmacist after being sent by 111. It could be better. Also even though it is open until 1830 they will turn you away much earlier often if asking for a prescription which I don’t think is fair.”
