“I went in today to collect a repeat prescription. There was a queue but it moved fairly quickly. I chatted briefly with the lady behind the counter who then told me I was eligible for a free blood pressure test. This is a new service they are providing. After a brief wait I saw the pharmacist who used to work at Lloyds in Sainsburys. I explained I really don't like blood pressure tests. He was sympathetic and understanding. The first one was high, something normal he explained and asked if I could cope with another one, which I did. He explained the results and gave me a leaflet. I was very pleased with the pleasantness yet professionalism of the staff I saw.”
