“Bought shoes for my daughter. They have a reasonable range of fasionable, comfortable shoes at surprising quality given the budget prices. The best feature of the store is it's customer service. Massive thanks to Becky, who served us today, for her patience and help with a difficult task of aiding a clueless dad to choose shoes for a little girl that wanted them all. Finally decided on two pairs, one wasn't in stock but I left my details and got a call today to say they were in. Real customer service that is rare in today's high street. Highly recommended.”

“Phase Eight was the first store we visited on 30/05/2024, for a mother of the groom outfit. The choice in this store was amazing and, we felt comfortable as soon as we stepped into browse, being greeted with a smile and hello from the staff.
I picked out a few outfits in no time, and was invited to have them hung in a changing room while still browsing.
The customer service received from Jitlea and Alexa was truly outstanding, going above and beyond customer service I’ve received in a long time. Suggestions were made, even looking up on your app for me to see if other sizes were available to order. At no time did I feel rushed or, a nuisance for taking my time.
I came away with a beautiful dress, shoes and, a jacket on order.
What a truly wonderful shopping experience given by Jitlea & Alexa, I can’t thank you enough.
I would highly recommend and will definitely use again.”
