“This is a good shoe store, offering a wide selection of footwear at great price The staff were friendly & helpful on our visit and found all what we came for at amazing prices compared to elsewhere. Was closing for refurbishment spring 2022 and will be then reopening as usual afterwards. Recommended to shop at!”

“I took my daughter in to get new school shoes a few months back. Been meaning to write a review. She had been very anxious about starting a new school and getting new shoes was making it even more real. The ladies who work there were amazing. So kind, so helpful, thoughtful and spoke to her in such a lovely way. We spoke about our dogs and the diffrent styles she might like. Seems simple, but it went a long way. Thank you, a lovely experiance. She was so happy.”

“Though I personally do find a lot of their clothes a bit too limited and niche, it is one of the few places where my wife, who is short and slim, can find petite clothing that is actually petite.A lot of places have petite sections but then don't even offer the smallest sizes or the sleeve and leg lengths are way too long. So on that alone New Look is a great place to shop, especially for women.To boot the place was also absolutely neat and clean.”

“Went here to collect an order that had been placed on line. Opening times stated on line and on my order said they opened at 9am. It was almost 9.15 before they got there! Wouldn't normally be a problem but I hadn't taken any cash for the car park!! Luckily had my debit card with me (as proof of ID for jd) so had to put 50p pm that! If they'd opened on time I wouldn't have had to pay anything for parking! It took a good 8 minutes from when they eventually opened the get my order from out the back.”
