“Dropped in to trade in a PS4. The woman at the till was extremely helpful and friendly. Haven't been to CEX for years but it's the best place to get your used tech and games. I have never had a problem with games I have bought from there. I think they're a little bit tight on what they offer cash on your trade ins, you get more if you sold on eBay but trading in for vouchers is much more worth it if you want to buy more games.”

“After disgraceful service on there online chat and phoning there complaints department thought I would go in store to see if anyone at Vodafone cares about there customers . After waiting about 10 minutes spoke to Alec who went through my account and confirmed the departments I have spoken to had mucked up my bill and over charged me. After about 45 minutes everything was sorted and I even sorted my next upgrade. Recommend Alec in store”
