Festival Place“Phenomenal customer service received here yesterday, Store Manager Nik went above and beyond. I first arrived in a heightened state of emotion and agitation, after having a bad experience at a different branch. Despite initially not being an easy customer to deal with, I was calmly invited to sit down and have a chat with Nik, to find out what had happened and what assistance I needed. He was able to defuse the situation and turn my whole experience around. He met me with kindness, patience and understanding and assisted me with a sim-swap, and also setting up a new phone at an incredible price, after my original phone was stolen. He also gave me confirmation and peace of mind that my old phone was successfully blacklisted and unusable to whoever had stolen it. I entered this store ready to end my contract with Three after 8 years of loyalty and find myself a new provider, however Nik has completely changed my experience and I will be returning to the Basingstoke branch in future.”

Phones condition was absolutely impeccable. Like brand new not a mark on it for a fraction of the price.”
