“Review for Vodafone Reading Store
I visited the Vodafone Reading store on Friday and was assisted by Daniel Bell, who was absolutely brilliant. He listened carefully to my query, explained everything clearly, and made the whole experience easy and pleasant.
Unfortunately, my visit on Monday was a completely different story. The store manager, Raja, gave me the worst service I have experienced at Vodafone. He was chewing gum, repeatedly checking his phone while speaking to me, and showed no professionalism. Even worse, he made a serious mistake — swapping my phone number with my business partner’s number and vice versa.
The next morning (Tuesday), I went back and thankfully found Daniel Bell again, who quickly and efficiently fixed the mess caused by Raja. Daniel is a credit to Vodafone — the kind of person who genuinely looks after customers.
However, my experience with Raja was unacceptable, and I believe people with such poor service standards should not be representing Vodafone. I will never deal with him again.”
“Went to get my google pixel 6a charging port repaired.Met by a very strong minded lady who put me in my place, told me my rights (still under warranty) annoyingly had to factory reset my phone but I understand why they'd need that. (10/10)Had to wait about a hour to get it back, get needed a simple clean and free as under warranty which I wasn't expecting as I bought it elsewhere!Lastly, the lad who gave me my phone back was somehow absolutely enthralled with his work, seemed to be having the best life but I won't question it :)Thankyou reading team for your help!”
