“I went into the store to try and get a lego cards album for my 6 year old daughter. I hadn’t realised the promotion had ended and she quickly became upset when there was none left. (she has ASD and struggles with handling her emotions and found it hard to cope with) A very kind hearted staff member Jackie looked outback but with no luck and upon seeing my daughter so upset gave her an envelop full of her own lego cards. My heartfelt thanks goes out to her and her incredible act of kindness”

“I have to write a positive review as it was with trepidation that I chose TSB Stevenage to call in to after TSB in general had made it massively difficult for me to extract my own money. On the last day of the tax year, the only possibility for moving the money that was in TSB & which I wanted to get into an ISA elsewhere, was to call in at a branch and altho Stevenage was not close, it was the nearest one open. It took over 2 hours thanks to TSB's impossible IT system, but both Lovely and Gemma took such care and patience. Gemma used great initiative to crack the problem in the end and get the payment made out. I really can't thank her enough.”

I was waiting in the queue for someone for about a minute before he came out of an office and offered to assist me.
