“I had an appointment in this Barclays today. I arrived early and was greeted by two smiling ,welcoming and polite members of staff. I was offered a drink and one of the members of staff tried to see if I could been seen early. I was told about their free wifi to help pass the time whilst she was checking. Unfortunately this wasn't possible and the lady taking my appointment had fallen sick. The staff went over and above to ensure I was seen on time and even helped me get my car parked in their car park didn't catch the ladies name who helped be but thank you . Despite everything I was seen on time by Lisa who was amazing ,so helpful , reassuring and friendly. The branch was clean and modern clearly well organized with professional staff who take pride in their work.”
