“What a lovely experience it was last Saturday when we went to Nationwide Letchworth to open a couple of bank accounts. Lovely staff. Thank goodness Nationwide are staying in Letchworth.”

“Have been with this bank for about five years. They answer the phone quickly and the customer service staff are very helpful. I recently reviewed the bank feeling that they had not given proper information on interest rates on my product. The bank later wrote to me and pointed out that they had informed me when advising of an interest rate change that I may not be on the best rate.This proved to be correct, and whilst I have suggested an improvement in how they convey that information it is clear that I was wrong in suggesting that they had not informed me or been less than ethical.As my other experiences with the bank have been excellent I have therefore changed my rating.”
