“My Girlfriend and I went to the Brasserie for our Anniversary and the food was amazing. Service was very impressive with minimal wait times and extremely kind wait staff. After our meal we went into the cocktail bar and the bartender made us the best cocktails we’ve ever had! This place is much much more than a nice hotel, well worth the visit.”

“I accompanied my grandson from the US to his college drop off as an international student at Uni of Hertfordshire north of London. The Comet is located at the doorstep of The Hartz Uni. The stress and unknowns of College sign in and drop off far from home were greatly eased at The Comet. We had convenience to shopping, and we were grateful for a cool and charming overnight stay. The on site Element Bar & Kitchen offered a lovely dinner and many dining options. Our goodbyes were much easier thanks to The Comet.”

“The apartment was large and decent for the family of adults. It was a cosy apartment and the most important thing to us, was that it was peaceful and quiet. Excellent hosts, who are Italians. Breakfast was as expected, although a couple in their selfish nature took all the croisants and left the rest of the guests with none. Guess what, these two couples in their 30s did not even eat them. How bloody selfish. I hope they rot in hell; the two of them.”

“Reception staff were incredible. When leaving our room I had my baby in my arms crying and pushing a push chair the cleaning trolley was in the hallway, I kindly asked the cleaner to move it and she said huffed and said ‘just move it yourself’ with that she finished making a bed and then disappeared leaving me with a hoover, a trolley full of towels and cups to move with a baby in my arms which was so unlike all the other staffs attitude”

“St Michael's is a well known local hotel of high standards. Its restaurant serves up an excellent meal suited for special occasions. I haven't stayed there as I live locally, so cannot comment on the rooms. I would expect them to match the standard of the rest of the hotel.”

“This Premier Inn is one of their newer ones and as such presents itself very well. However, it is the staff team that is the stand-out feature based on my overnight stay. Every person I met was friendly and helpful and gave me the feeling that I was welcome and in good hands. All credit to the front of house team in particular who seemed to turn their hand to a number of tasks as the need arose. I was also impressed with the breakfast arrangements; there was a very good range of food and drinks, tasty and well presented. On my experience this Premier Inn easily earns its 5 stars.”
