After our car was crunched at the weekend, Seema and Teresa on the reception were so sympathetic, kind and helpful in their response, as they knew we were in somewhat fragile states of mind.A big thanks to Freya in the restaurant too, for her hard work.The rooms..? A little warm for me, but that's me, certainly wouldn't stop me returning!Oh, and as we were stranded, without a vehicle, shopping centre with Sainsbury is 15 minutes walk away, which is handy!”

“Majority of staff are ok, however I came across one member desk. Presumably a higher manager with his laptop and airpods. Unhelpful and full of self importance manner. If a CEO is sat behind a reception desk I expect them to be kind and helpful to guests and visitors. I gave it a 4 star as the other members are generally helpful, but this bald tanned guy with the laptop behind his desk needs a word from his manager.Walkability: Shops in front”

“Amazing place to stay. Lovely rooms, clean and perfect for what I needed. Loved that you could park my vehicle close, as it was for work. Had a lovely table with a lovely view to do my work on my laptop. Free very strong WiFi! Would definitely stay again!Rooms: Clean, tidy, fresh. Stunning view!”
