“Keith was really friendly at reception, even when my son asked him lots of questions on arrival!! Izzy also helpful from customer service.Jennifer also very welcoming and followed up to ensure everything was going well. We stayed one night with two kids and have no complaints for the price you pay!Also breakfast has heaps of choices for vegetarians. Thank you!”

“The hotel itself was really nice and clean rooms were spacious and pleasant with complimentary tea and coffee. It also had a fan in the room which was appreciated in this weather. Beds were clean and comfy with good pillows. Breakfast was ok with your standard English breakfast but there was no vegetarian or meat free alternative, so just beens mushrooms and eggs for vegetarian options, with cereal and pastries also on offer. The downside to this hotel was the that it seems to be in a deprived area with police seeming to be on call every other hour. There is an Aldi directly across from the hotel but was fronted by drug addicts and homeless however they didn't seem to cause any issues. So overall, not in the best area but I would stay here again but only as a layover for the night with the very cheap price playing the biggest part in that.”
