“The location is good if you are going to the Warner Bros studio, from the center of London it is about 45 minutes by public transport. But it's cool. The bus and train station is a 5-minute walk from the hotel. There is also a bus to the studio from the bus ”

“We have just spent the weekend at this hotel for my wifes 50th birthday and we can not praise it enough. The service was excellent the staff helpful and the food was the best we have had at a hotel in quite some time. The location was perfect for shops and restaurants and as qe were visiting the Harry Potter studios it is located a 15min drive away. Would stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone.Rooms: Very comfy and cleanNearby activities: Restaurants and shops are very close by within walking distance.Walkability: All local shops , restaurants and theaters are within a 5min walk.Food & drinks: Lots of choice and very tasty.”

“We stayed there 1 night as we were going to visit the Harry Potter studios which is close by. Bedroom was OK, a bit small for 4 persons. Shower was not a pleasant experience. Wifi was really crapy. Breakfast was ok, the room was small but food was plenty and nice enough. Overall a good enough experience for one night.”

“Lovely visit to Hotel Chocolat very pleasant assistant reminded me of special offer when I went to pay, their chocolate is second to none, lots of unusual Easter chocolate items.”

“Hotel was lovely and clean and well appointed. Staff nice and friendly. Didn't realise there was a bar/restaurant there, so that was nice as the surrounding area was not really suitable for wandering around looking for eateries or things to do. Meals well priced in the restaurant, which was clean and not too busy and breakfast was lovely and plentiful.
There is no air con but fans are in room for your use. Nice clean bathroom.
Overall, great for an overnight stay but not for a few days.”

“won't stay here again rooms way to hot but corridors have air con, awful smell on floor 1 corridor and tried to cover up smell with plug in air freshener, bathroom full of mould, poo still in bottom of the toilet and no toilet brush, stained sheets. pub is awful really dirty no clean pots food cold and missing items ceilings are falling down and ripped wallpaper glad it was only 1 night”

“I have stayed at this hotel multiple times for work and have never been let down. The service is impeccable and whenever there has been an issue the staff are quick to sort it.
You can’t beat the breakfast and the rooms are just what you need after a hard days work.
I want to give a special thank you to Emer, James, Kamal, Daniela, Katy and Adrian (and all the staff that work there I haven’t met) for making it a home from home.”
