“From the minute we arrived we were greeted by Debbie in the bar dining area. She gave us lots of tips about things to see and directions. She greeted us every morning for breakfast, she was so refreshing. Also, rooms were clean, hotel room attendants were very helpful and gave us what we needed. We would stay at this Holiday Inn in Hempel Hempstead again, for sure”

“This pub is very nice with a fantastic beer garden. However, it seemed very pricey to me. I asked how much a pint of Coke is and was told £2.20 which I thought was a good price. The glass that was given to me was a half pint. When I challenged this I was told that they only do half pints, so for a pint I would need to buy 2 half's (£4.40) and the problem I have is not only does that seem expensive but also, I had actually asked "how much is a pint" and was not told they don't serve it as a pint.”

“This is located near a pub and other restaurants by the canal with free parking. Rooms are nice and well equipped and clean although the bathroom was a little shabby and could do with some repairs. Breakfast was adequate for the money we paid so all in all a good place to stay.”

“We stayed one night as we were going to Harry Potter Studios early the following morning. We had a lovely warm welcome from Andreea & Livea who also decorated our room with Birthday balloons and complimentary drinks for my Daughters birthday. It was great to also meet the chef. Thank you all for making our eve so special for our Daughter (Lily) who celebrated her 9 Birthday xxx”

“I only stayed here one night but l found it very accommodating from booking in to leaving the next day.Good size car park very well lit.Rooms: The rooms are very comfortable and up to date very clean and tidy.Their are plenty of USB sockets at the desk and beside the bed which l find useful especially for charging phones.Food & drinks: Well we're do start their is the hotel restaurant and bar with a good selection of food.Outside you have Toby Carvery, Dominoes Pizza ,Subway SandwichesUp the road 5 min walk you have KFC and further up the road you have Mc Donald's.If you need a supermarket their is Aldi.”

“1st time in this Premier Inn. Strange layout above a TKMaxx but what a surprise. Customer service superb and what a star in Aireen. Quick check in very friendly explained how the car park and breakfast worked. Food excellent. Room clean and well presented. You know what to expect in a Premier Inn but this was above and beyond. Thanks Aireen”
