The refurbishment of this hotel took me by surprise, and I must admit the treatment of the cabin area reminded me of my summer season working at Butlins. Just checked my bank statement and I noticed after ordering food and drink the 12.5% discretionary service charge was added without me being asked!! I find that sharp practice and has put me off returning.After Max told me to call he was very kind to refund the whole amount and I really was not expecting that....so thks... read full comment
