“It's a lot quieter than it used to be.I don't really use it anymore. I preferred it when they had catalogues...it gave the children a chance to have a proper look and choose their own Christmas presents or just to help them to think about what they'd like.It's not the same, less packed I suppose.”

“A long story short....I had a home delivery, 90% of that delivery was missing and the 10% that was delivered, was 90% incorrect!The next day, I went into Asda Totton and after speaking with a lovely lady on the customer service desk, she called for an amazing colleague, James. He went above and beyond to sort this mess out for me! Very apologetic, very polite and just went off and sorted it, no questions! Great guy!”
