Disabled toilet in ladies fashion area is not assessed by those with knowledge and understanding. The unnecessarily very heavy door doesn't open fully so it's difficult if not impossible for a frail person with a rollator or wheelchair to get in or out without someone holding the door open.
Theres no coat hook! Are they expected to put their coats on the floor (not not that they would be able to bend down and pick it up)? We did request that a coat hook be put there months ago and it was promised. Obviously they have no imagination as to what it's like to manage as a disabled person.”

“Visited during a difficult time when all their internal systems were down. Staff still allowed emergency purchases and we're very helpful with their knowledge and assistance.”

“The Pharmacy didn't seem to have heard of medical grade Manuka Honey (Activon). They suggested I went to Holland and Barrett!!!
However the shop itself adds stars and is far superior to Boots in presentation and service. Their general stock choice is vast in comparison.”
