Extremely positive client experience. I went there to buy a bike not knowingly anything about bikes. Ash from the bike repair section explained me the difference between some bikes and which one was best suited for my activities, he assembled one so that I could get on it and get a feel and later was extremely helpful while I was paying, waiting for me to finish my Klarna account to pay in installments (I should have done that before coming to the store) and explaining me my questions.
He really made my day.”

“Went in for a couple of items today, got stuck in the queue behind 2 lots of people that were being slow (making returns or something). Before i'd even had a chance to get frustrated, one worker noticed me and another woman waiting; jumped onto the til immediately, and said sorry for the wait (thanks to him there hadn't really been a wait). AND he didn't force me to spell out my email address for the receipt (unlike every other clothes store at the moment), he gave me the option of email or paper, which i really appreciated. Think the chap's name was AJ. Great service, thanks!”

“Brilliant club shop! I purchased a Southampton Fc pin badge for only £3 and reserved a ticket for a home tie in the near future.

The lad at the ticket office was very helpful, helping me choose a seat. I did not feel rushed at all. The people in the club shop were lovely and I saw a young staff member helping an elderly lady with whatever she wanted to purchase at the club shop, which I believe was a shirt.

The only reason why I have not made my review 5 stars is due to the prices of the kits. I know they have only recently gone on sale, however £66 is quite high. The prices will likely be reduced in March, which is when I will purchase my shirt if I decide that I would like one.

Keep the great service up Southampton Fc, your stadium and club shop are brilliant!”

“Express Yourself Costume Hire was brilliant at recommending me a Ghostbusters costume for this Halloween for 2024. Very friendly staff who showed me around the building and who also gave me extra information about wounds as props as well as asking me about what different selections of costumes which I could be interested in also. “Jo in the nursery department is an absolute TREASURE! She spent a considerable amount of time with my wife and I explaining everything baby with us, she was very patient with us especially me asking a million questions, she was so super helpful and is someone I highly recommend to ask for advice. Didn’t pressure us to spend loads of money and gave us solid factual advice on products we had small knowledge on.

“Absolutely wonderful bridal shop with loads of gorgeous wedding dresses and bridesmaids dresses too. Amazing value and a wide range of different options. Glenda was a delight and had a real eye for what works. She found a veil for me (which I hadn't considered as a possibility) that works perfectly! I ended up getting my dress somewhere else but got my veil and shoes here. It was also a very fun experience! Would highly recommend if you are looking for high quality and affordable wedding dresses”

“I like it in Hollister. Overall the staff are really helpful, friendly and engaging. There is a nice casual atmosphere, it is tidy and usually busy but well laid out too, so it doesn't feel cramped and stressful. A good shopping experience.”
