The service cost me £45.00, compared with the £75.00 call-out firm, which failed to turn up on the day and time agreed. Excellent service from my first contact — someone from the store called within 1/2 an hour of my email enquiry. Highly recommended.”

“Excellent store. Everything easy to find, well laid out. Good range in stock. Quickly picked up an ideal sleeping bag. Tried on and also bought some walking shoes. Very relaxed, good music in store. Both Chantelle & Zac very friendly and professional, offered assistance and when I declined, left me in peace so I could take my time to pick the sleeping bag and shoes I wanted. Both were 50% off, which was amazing. All round, really easy, hassle free, enjoyable visit. Thank you Chantelle & Zac! Will come again. Highly recommend.”

“This store is specifically designed for plus size ladies, the clothes are very roomy and you can buy shoes with a wider fit. Some of the products aren't very high quality for the price. The staff are friendly and helpful and there are larger changing rooms. The shop although over one level is very packed so difficult to move around if you have a wheelchair”

As I hadn't noticed the sign in store, I would have otherwise had to pay full price. Mandy has always been so lovely on previous occasions and has fantastic customer service skills. “Well most of the customer will take the time to leave a review when they had a negative experience. A few days ago, I had an amazing experience at the store in the Swan centre in Eastleigh. I went to see if they had some Halloween costumes for my boys, which they had. Then, at the till, they have their new self check out till. Although it meant to be used by yourself but the lady behind the counter was much more efficient than me. Plus, I didn't have my H&M membership card and being with two young boys, I needed to go out quickly before they make a scene. She very kindly and very quickly find my membership number, check for vouchers and had everything done in less than a few minutes. I pay for my items with some great discount and left the shop very happy. Amazing shopping experience. However, I can't thank her properly as there is no name on the receipt. Anyway, thank you for your time and your help.”

“Saturday 5th July I went into Eastleigh Bonmarche. I wanted to get my mum some new clothes. I received the kindest and most patient assistance, nothing was too much trouble after explaining the situation. What I purchased was all perfect for my mum as I was no longer sure of her size due to her losing weight. The till receipt said Jessica, therefore, I hope she gets the thanks and appreciation from her employer that she is so worthy of. My mum and I are very grateful, thank you!”

“Went to this store couple of days ago and it was a great experience, they have a good perfume collection and star buys and members price makes things so much cheaper. The staff was lovely, helped me throughout my shopping and introduced me to the discounts. The lady on the till Lilja was nice. Unfortunately they removed my review from trust platform but the girl need to be appreciated so??‍♀️”

“Love this store, been going here years. The only issue is that they don't have a trolly attachment for wheelchairs right now. The one they had previously was metal where it attached to the chair, so it tended to scratch the metal work up. I'm hoping they get a new one like sainsburys, where it's rubber or even plastic there.”
