I went there yesterday and I asked the staff one single question, if he could take the label off the laces and he just didn’t say anything and took the sole off and threw it just next to me on the floor. I can accept it if the shop was busy but it was 3 pm and there was just 5 people in the whole shop. Never coming back... read full comment

Would give zero stars if I could, manager has a horrible attitude, no basic manners or respect. Thinks she can speak to people however she likes. Treats her staff horribly , shouts at them. She needs to go. This “manager” needs retraining on customer service and needs to learn basic respect, it is unacceptable.
